Description
Urmas Sisask (1960-2022) composed Benedictio for mixed choir in 1991. A sonorous choral work (SSAATTBB) in which the fifths in the bass create a hypnotic, suggestive feel. In the middle of the work the sopranos are set delicately against the male voices.
