A primary aim of Colourstrings is to create community through playing chamber music. The duos of Colourstrings Duettini II for two violins invite the child to play with peers, friends or teacher from the very first lesson. Duos of the Colourstrings Duettini II by László Rossa and Géza Szilvay are arrangements of the exercises, melodies and songs of Colourstrings Violin ABC Book B, Book C, and Book D. The first violin part is to be played by the beginner, whilst the second violin part is intended for an advanced pupil or the teacher.
Duettini II can be fully utilized also without any previous use or knowledge about the Colourstrings method. An edition with conventional black-and-white notation is available separately (ISMN 9790550180017 ).
