Description
Armas Maasolo found the text by Helmi Auvinen in summer 1914. In order to find a suitable mood Maasalo lit two candles and started to compose the music for this Christmas poem. The song has become one of Finland's most beloved Christmas carols. This edition is a version for mixed or male choir and piano.
