Jennah Vainio's Let it be forgotten (2019) to a poem by Sara Teasdale (1884-1933) was commissioned by the Juvenalia Choir. "Like life itself, love withers in time. Like flowers and fire, it fades, but the memory remains, and time frosts it. Over time, sadness takes on a gold lining. The beautifully luminous harmonies of the work add to the mood of the poem."
