Solo piece for double bass composed in 1978 is one of the earliest works by Kai Nieminen. THe work is dedicated to Teppo Hauta-aho, Finnish double bass player and composer. The piece is inspired by Lapland's nature phenomen. Aapasuo means special type of bog that is particular to Lapland.
